Globalization represents the growing integration of economies and societies around the world. Some of the major players involved in our global world include economic development and enviroment. Economic development basically is the process by which countries increase their economic output and improve the lives of their people. Economic development is important because with it brings improvements in social welfare, which includes better nutrition, education, and health care. Economic development however is hard on the enviroment. You should care about globalization because it lets people know that sometimes taking advantage of our natural resources is dangerous to the enviroment.
The benefits of globalization outweigh the costs. This is clearly shown by the effect of globalization on culture. For example, one of the costs of globalization is the negative effects it has on the enviroment. Many countries exploit the natural resources and develop industries to promote economic growth. But sometimes these "developments" can also cause harm such as pollution. endanger wild species, and destroy landscapes.
i personally think that economic develpment and enviroment are important to have in the globalization. The reson i say that is because it has improvements in the social welfare that helps the globalization.
